A lot of us stopped trusting ourselves to change something.

I’m interested in how we start again.

I’m Imogen, a Writer, Strategist, Researcher and Coach

I spent nine years in creative and tech agencies learning how to make people feel understood. Then burnout, redundancy and an MSc in Psychology showed me why we stall, and what helps us trust ourselves enough to move. Now I write about it, honestly and with a fair amount of existential panic, on my Substack, Love From, Imi.

Everything I do starts the same way: understand you first, then help you feel capable enough to do it yourself.

The Way I Think

  • Psychology-informed

MSc Psychology, with original research on self-trust and confidence after career change. I care about you feeling confident and empowered.

  • Honesty people respond to

A newsletter read by 2k, built on saying the real thing out loud. I care about helping people feel less alone and more like themselves, and I've seen how openness builds trust and how writing builds confidence in your own voice.

  • Led by You

I won’t tell you what to do with your life. I’ll help you work out what’s actually stopping you, and trust your own judgement enough to take the next step. It’s a lot more fun when it’s your idea, I promise!

Fancy working with me?

These are some of the ways I work with people, but if you have something else in mind… don’t be shy, reach out!

P.S. I’m still shaping this, so think of it as a starting point rather than a strict menu.
